Ebers for Medical Publishing (EBERS) is published by Fiker for Research & Development. Fiker is an independent research institution that has no connection to ruling regimes or political, party, or sectarian affiliations. It embraces the richness, diversity, and pluralism of Syrian society with an ideology that approaches responsible freedom. It was established at the initiative of 50 Syrian researchers and academics, and is particularly concerned with the needs of Syrian society inside Syria. It is Specialized in scientific studies and research, social and development consultations, and community recovery issues. The center aims to monitor and follow up on scientific research trends that are closely related to the needs of the Syrian community inside Syria. The center is considered a link between the various active parties interested in rebuilding Syrian society and ways to reach a society of peace, freedom and dignity, by providing government institutions and administrative sectors with rigorous scientific studies that can be relied upon to develop future plans for building and developing society. It is also concerned with developing the performance of community development workers in all fields, and building their capabilities to suit the needs of Syrian society.
